SPECIALTY: The Arts and Humanities Tour

Participants in the Arts and Humanities will arrive at sites and monuments and talk about & see art from around the nation and all over the world!
(no entry to the Spy Museum, Washington Monument or White House on this tour)! The Arts and Humanities Tour is a part of our Specialty Tour series of the National Mall.
All of our tours are walking tours and go the speed of and follow the interests of the tour participants to create a special, interesting and customized experience for the group.
While our morning tour start times mean participants will typically arrive at many of the sites well before lines get long, not all tours sessions will get to all sites due to weather, extensive wait times and variable traffic patterns. To help ensure a great experience, we encourage you to pack light with only a handheld camera/phone and water bottle rather than a bag/backpack – this allows groups to skip the long baggage security checks at many of the museums.
*Note: Day by day, some sites may be closed to visitors by the Park Service or unforeseen circumstances. Our tour leads do their best to accommodate these changes. Each tour can vary slightly from day to day depending upon the interests of the participants – we’re flexible like that!
