Blue Tour

Participants in the Blue tour will get to choose from a variety of points of interest on the National Mall – from the Washington Monument and Newseum to the National Academies of Science/Einstein Statue and the White House and Lincoln Memorial (no entry to the Washington Monument or White House on this tour)! The Blue Tour is part of our Red, White and Blue series of tours around the National Mall.
All of our tours are walking tours and go the speed of and follow the interests of the tour participants to create a special, interesting and customized experience for the group.
While our morning tour start times mean participants will typically arrive at many of the sites well before lines get long, not all tours sessions will get to all sites due to weather, extensive wait times and variable traffic patterns. To help ensure a great experience, we encourage you to pack light with only a handheld camera/phone and water bottle rather than a bag/backpack – this allows groups to skip the long baggage security checks at many of the museums.
*Note: Day by day, some sites may be closed to visitors by the Park Service or unforeseen circumstances. Our tour leads do their best to accommodate these changes. Each tour can vary slightly from day to day depending upon the interests of the participants – we’re flexible like that!
